The Women in Consulting Committee held its inaugural event on June 27 in Saskatoon. Speaker Rachelle Brockman led an interactive session on Fierce Conversations. The attendees, both men and women, participated in large and small group discussions problem solving, learning how to clarify the issue of a difficult conversation, look at the different perspectives one needs to consider, and take action. The session and the tools Rachelle shared were well received and appreciated, making the event a success.
