Young professional engineers and geoscientists are the future of a strong consulting industry in Saskatchewan.

In 2010, ACEC-SK introduced the Young Professional Award to recognize an emerging industry leader. In 2023 the award was renamed to the Future Leaders Award.

The award acknowledges the value, achievements and contributions of a young professional employed by a member firm.
