On March 6, 2018 ACEC-SK presented a full day conference on the Fundamentals of Design Build at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saskatoon. Economic & political changes have impacted the attitude toward project delivery methods.  Design Build, in both horizontal and vertical construction is becoming a more popular choice for Saskatchewan owners, consultants and builders. 

Knowledgeable presenters and panelists highlighted the possibilities of this project delivery model. Attendees were provided with the tools needed to successfully respond to the changing landscape. The experience shared from other jurisdictions will help Saskatchewan avoid some of the challenges of rolling out local Design Build projects in the province.
