Dillon’s culture is built around community involvement, employee mentorship and satisfaction. Sustainability is something that Dillon values and embraces as an organization and continually improves upon. Their Environment and Community Investment Fund (ECIF) is one of their tools to give back to the communities where they work, live and play.

The fund, which amounts to over 1% of pre-tax profits, encourages employees to develop and participate in community and environmental initiatives of their choosing. In 2016, 180+ ECIF initiatives took place nationally involving almost all employees.
