- organizational risk and control deficiencies
- supporting Board with establishing association risk threshold
- oversight of operational risk
- ensuring risk awareness throughout organization, including for:
- finances
- human resources
- technology and intellectual property
- communication
- creating risk tolerance levels for each of the above categories
