The Government of Saskatchewan is launching a new system called GEM that will modernize and streamline procurement processes. GEM will introduce new procurement features, as well as a Supplier Portal that can be used to submit proposals electronically to competitions, view contracts and other procurement documents, and message government procurement contacts. During this session, we will be walking through the procurement bidding process and outline all the benefits for suppliers that the new system will provide.
