ACEC-SK, along with many industry stakeholders, was invited to participate in a SaskBuilds’ procurement policy and practices renewal exercise being led by MNP.  The intent is to review provincial government procurement to achieve more efficient outcomes for both industry and government, with a significantly greatly role for industry engagement.

Members of the Procurement-Contracts Task Group have provided direct consulting engineering industry feedback at several workshops.  Although the goal was to broadly solicit industry feedback, our representatives have worked hard to ensure distinctions are made and understood in how to obtain Best Value for professional engineering services.
