ACEC-SK has been successful in securing another meeting with David Marit, Minister of Highways and Infrastructure, scheduled to occur just before the Christmas break.  Our association will be represented by the Board chair, a Transportation Executive Committee representative, and the Executive Director.

The intent of the meeting is to establish a more positive working relationship with the Minister.  ACEC-SK will communicate that there are things our membership can do to support the Minister’s goal of innovation, and there are opportunities to work together to achieve common objectives.

ACEC-SK continues to recognize the significant challenges faced by members working in the transportation sector, but none will be addressed if we do not have a good working relationship with those who make decisions that most directly impact these members. We will be providing regular up-dates as things unfold.
