Join ACEC-SK for an exclusive networking event that brings consulting engineering firms together with engineering students from the University of Regina in a structured, high-value networking format.
This isn’t a traditional career fair—it’s an opportunity for meaningful one-on-one conversations with students who match the engineering disciplines you’re interested in.

How It Works
When you register, you’ll select the engineering programs you’d like to meet students from.
Available Programs:
- Electronic Systems Engineering
- Environmental Systems Engineering
- Energy Systems Engineering
- Industrial Systems Engineering
- Petroleum Systems Engineering
- Process Systems Engineering
- Software Systems Engineering
Think of it as speed networking for recruiting.
During the event:
- Students will be seated at tables based on their engineering program.
- Each table will be colour-coded for easy identification.
- ACEC-SK member representatives will rotate between students based on their selected programs.
- You’ll have 10 minutes to meet with each student, followed by 5 minutes to wrap up and move to your next scheduled conversation.
- Each participating representative will have four scheduled one-on-one meetings.
- After the scheduled sessions conclude, there will be an open networking period where you can reconnect with students or meet additional participants.
If multiple people from your firm attend, each representative can be scheduled to meet different students, allowing your firm to maximize its networking opportunities.
