Ruba has over 18 years of experience in business development, proposal management, and marketing and sales support in the engineering and IT sectors.

Ruba was involved in projects ranging from a few thousands to multiple millions. She has spent most of her career preparing, managing, and improving
submissions for local and international RFPs and RFQs, in the Middle East, the US, and very recently here in Saskatchewan.

Ruba implements changes that result in more efficient proposal processes, compliant and responsive proposals, and improved winning rates. She brings to the table the knowledge of procurement standards that our province is adopting.
