Dwayne A. Gelowitz, P.Eng., FEC, FGC (Hon.)

Dwayne Gelowitz is currently a Senior Principal and Director of Infrastructure for Clifton Engineering Group in Regina. He has over thirty years of engineering consulting experience including a broad range of projects for municipalities, government and private industry.

Dwayne is a Regina Engineering Society Past President, Past Chair of ACEC-SK, Past President of APEGS, and current Director of Engineers Canada representing APEGS. He also chaired the Western Canada Water Conference in Regina in 2008. 

His involvement in procurement best practices spans over two decades. For eight years, he was the ACEC-SK Co-Chair and member of the ACEC-SK/Government of Saskatchewan Task Force with the mandate to standardize Professional Service Agreements and Methods of Procuring Engineering Services. He also represented ACEC-SK on the City of Regina Purchasing Advisory Committee for five years. In March of 2020, he presented to Saskatchewan Ministers and MLAs on the benefits of Qualifications Based Selection in the engineering consulting industry.
