The AGT Lounge at Mosaic Stadium was the location of an ACEC-SK full-day conference focusing on challenges professional women leaders face at various stages in their career. The December 11, 2018 event offered three key note speakers:

• Tina Beaudry-Mellor, MLA for Regina University
• Shannon Miller, Professional Coach
• Dr. Marcia Friesen, P.Eng, Associate Dean in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Manitoba

The morning focused on generational challenges through breakout and panel sessions, highlighting unique issues faced at various stages in professional women’s careers.

The afternoon featured powerhouse panelists representing a wide cross section of industries who shared their success stories.  These were offered to provide inspiration for women to become bold leaders
