Jolene has worked with Dale Carnegie Training in her past and is a graduate of their Effective Communication, Leadership Training for Managers, High Impact Presentations, and Sales courses. She received her Advanced Communicator and Competent Leader awards from years of being a dedicated member of Toastmasters International. Jolene also has over 18 years of office management experience in a variety of industries.
