The scope of Engineering is wide, including civil, mechanical, marine, agricultural, hydrological, chemical, electrical, environmental, industrial, military, biological, health and many other sub-disciplines, many of which are represented in the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – Saskatchewan (ACEC-SK). However, ACEC–SK identifies fourteen engineering disciplines with shortages critical to meeting to the long-term economic development of the Province.
