ACEC-Canada recently published summary findings of a comprehensive nation-wide study on diversity and inclusion within the consulting industry it recently commissioned GlassSKY Consulting to complete.
It sought to create recommendations in the following areas:
• Building diversity & inclusion strategies;
• Addressing flexibility and other measures to make the industry more attractive to women;
• Creating transparent career tracks for recruitment, retention, and advancement opportunities;
• Developing onboarding strategies after parental leave, and;
• Specific steps ACEC-Canada could implement to support member firms and their employees.
