On July 18, ACEC-SK joined forces with the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association, Concrete Saskatchewan, MERIT Contractors Association Saskatchewan, and SUMA to send a joint letter to the Right Honourable Mark Carney and the Honourable Scott Moe.
Together, we called on the federal and provincial governments to implement a new tri-party infrastructure program—one that equips municipalities with the tools to deliver the critical infrastructure needed to support economic development, trade corridors, and community growth across Saskatchewan.
We are encouraged by the response from the Government of Saskatchewan, which affirms the importance of a long-term, predictable, and responsive program and the value of ongoing engagement with municipal and industry leaders to advance Saskatchewan’s priorities.
