This document provides guidelines for engineers providing their specialized expertise in the area of building services, including when engaged in the role of “Prime Consultant” to building projects and when engaged to provide engineering services to the “Prime Consultant on a building project. It replaces the former Schedule 2B in the original General Recommended Schedule of Fees document, although the name Schedule 2B has been retained because of its acceptance within the building trade field.
